We had a great stay at the property. Ideal for a long stay for two people. We booked the property for 14+ days. The hosts are very helpful and always respond quickly. They live in the property one floor above so you can be assured the property is safe. Kitchen is ideal for those who enjoy cooking. Instructions and suggestions can be found in the house for guests to ease their stay. Ecosystem is wonderful around the property, we befriended two dogs - Jenny & Mitra who were so cute. The hosts are dog lovers too. You can be sure to wake up to hen's call in morning to give you a unique experience. You can book the property without a heartbeat. My stay with my family at this property was great. The hosts are responsive, quick to resolve any queries and transparent with their communication which is a plus. The property is exactly how it is shown in the pictures. The check in was easy and the place was very well cleaned when we arrived. The property is cozy and perfect for 2 people. What I loved most about the property is that it naturally stays cool during the hot climate of Chennai and if the windows are opened, the air circulation is amazing. The kitchen is one of most well equipped kitchens I've come across and is stacked with everything to ensure you cook your favourite dishes. The hosts had also kept goody of snacks which was very sweet. Regular cleaning is going to be needed during the stay as is required for every house that you live in. Hosts live upstairs so any assistance you require will be immediate, such was in our case when we needed help figuring out some things. Nagasri is a warm and helpful host. Thank you!

Stay was good need little improvements she would have provided garbage plastic no way to dump garbage also no laundry facilities,unnecessary paid 480 rs for private laundry ,no extra bed covers provided

It was an amazing and comforting stay… host was responsive all the time and very friendly… my dad was very happy with the stay as well… thank you for the wonderful accommodation!

Stay peaceful without any disturbance, good internet connectivity + whatever described on the website was provided. All requisite provisions were available. Location was close to my work area that being the best option. New only drawback was the room in the house needs to be cleaned on a daily basis to ensure clean n tidy environment.Also, the windows can be cleaned and kept open, so that much more bright light can be in the room. definitely place to be revisited and of course arrangements for daily cleanliness would be arranged as the host is quite warm, cooperative and understanding. Thanks, Nagasri for all the arrangements.

Have stayed at Nagasri’s place for 4 days and right from the start felt like home. The house was easy to find and the self check-in process is super simple. The house had all the necessary amenities exactly as listed in the post and also super clean in a peaceful environment. The house was right on the 200ft radial road with lots of restaurants and shopping in few minutes.
Now about the host, Nagasri was super responsive throughout the process and also very flexible to let me an early check in and also helped with all the queries and needs.
Would definitely recommend staying at this place.

I recently stayed at Neem Lite 1bhk and had a great experience. The home was comfy, the host was friendly and responsive and, the self check-in process was easy. Privacy was respected, and the location was convenient. The fully furnished house had everything I needed, and the thoughtful snack box was a nice touch. It contained a variety of essentials like packets of Maggi, biscuits, coffee with whitener, and green tea. This thoughtful gesture was much appreciated, especially when I arrived feeling famished. The cleanliness was excellent overall. Every room, including the restroom, was immaculately maintained, with a pleasant scent throughout. While the commode wasn't spotless, it was certainly acceptable and didn't detract from the overall experience. I'd definitely choose this place again for a longer stay :)
