  • Direct Bookings

    You are making a booking directly with the homestay. Our website allows for direct booking, ensuring no intermediaries or additional fees.

  • You may be asked to provide a form of payment and identification proofs during check-in to verify your reservation and protect against fraud.

  • Additional services not listed as part of this booking, such as room service, and special requests, may be chargeable.

  • Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to the availability of rooms and may incur additional charges.

  • The homestay will not be responsible for personal injuries, accidents, damages, theft, or loss of personal belongings during the stay. Guests are advised to secure their valuables.

  • No illegal activities, smoking, parties, or disruptive behavior to other guests is allowed on the premises. Violations may lead to immediate eviction without refund.

  • Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the homestay property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible.

  • The homestay reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the homestay's website.

  • All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card that is valid throughout the stay.

  • Guests must be 18 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian.

  • Different terms may apply for bookings of more than 1 House. Such bookings may qualify as group bookings and could be subject to additional terms and deposits.

  • Pets are not allowed

  • All apartments are non-smoking. Penalties will apply for non-compliance.

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the apartment.

  • The homestay will not be held responsible for failure to execute obligations under this agreement due to acts of God, war, government regulations, disasters, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or other emergencies making it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible to provide the hotel facilities or to hold the event.

  • The homestay reserves the right to refuse service to any guest or visitor whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, dangerous to others, or acting contrary to the policies of the hotel.

  • Check-out must be completed by 9:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out may be available subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Personal information collected from guests is used only to fulfill the contractual obligations and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

  • Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of the local law where the hotel is located.
