We had a wonderful stay at this house in Chennai. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the house was very neat with all the basic amenities we needed. It felt comfortable and well-maintained throughout our stay. We’d definitely love to visit again!

Everything was great, we felt right at home. Nagasri was flexible and accomodating to our needs that helped a lot! only detail that was missing from the listing was that the apartment was on 2nd floor with no lift so had to climb stairs with all the luggage and old parents. he informed right before our arrival so we were able to get driver's help with the luggage. Rest everything was amazing. Highly recommend!

Place is awesome to stay for a small family, host was super experienced in this business. Everything was detailed, well written instructions, never disturbs even though they are on premises.
Kitchen, washroom was neat and tidy, bedroom linen and bedsheets were fresh and clean. Felt like a home away from home. Location is perfect, would be able to each different parts of the city easily, have food streets near by.
Host was supportive and responsive for any queries or concerns.
Over all stay was good and comfortable.

This is the best BNB in that locality. Starting from a responsive and professional host. We had a smooth checkin process. The place looked the same as in the photos shown. Prefer Neem Stay if you are going with your family and to have a pleasant and calm stay. Other BNBs in this locality is not in the standard they are maintaining the property. Nagasri's place is a little family home, clean, cozy and private with good amenities within for a small family. It's accessible from the IT expressway with best in class restaurants and shops near by. If you are looking to spend couple of days or a week or more then Neem home is a good place to stay

Home away from home. Host Nagasri is a gem and is always there with a smile to cater to all my needs be it extra bed linen or even advice on where to get groceries. In the short duration of 11 days that I stayed at the apartment I got to know the neighbourhood which was very safe. The apartment was spotless and had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. This is my goto place whenever I visit Chennai in the future. 5 stars for Nagasri? 6 or 7 will be more appropriate. She went beyond my expectations in all aspects. Thank you Nagasri🙏

This is a very neat place very close to mainroad. The place is kept very clean, The host is very passionate that she has taken care in every little details that the guest should not get disappointed in any way. The pictures that is shared and the actual house is same. she is easy to contact and she provides flexible check in check out based on availability. very cozy one bhk with all amenities for a pleasant stay. I would recommend to my friends and family and I might stay again if i get an opportunity to come here.. This Airbnb is 11 km ( 25 minutes) from the Chennai Airport. Excellent place to stay. Nagasri is a fantastic host. Very responsive. She was very kind to give me a late check out.
The place is spotless clean. Good restaurants near it. You can order food on Swiggy and other apps. Taxi/ autos are accessible through the uber / ola apps.
I strongly recommend this one bedroom independent accommodation for a comfortable stay. Real value for money.

Had a great experience staying in this place! The host, Nagasri was very clear in communicating to me. She helped with instructions when to leave from the apartment as per traffic! The house was very neatly maintained. Very hospitable! Clean bed and the kitchen had everything for us so that we can cook there! I recommend all of you to try this Neem Stay! Extremely satisfied with our stay... Safe and peaceful.. The house owner was very helpful and just a call away... We were free to call for any need...
Basic cooking vessels were provided in the kitchen. Cooking stove is available.. 2 adults and a kid can sleep in the bedroom cot. The room is provided with AC. Hall is also spacious. There is a Diwan cot in the hall in which one person can comfortably sleep. Heater is available inside the bathroom which is neat and clean.
Parking facility is there. Reading books and kids activities also provided.
We were offered enhancement in amenities as per our requirement which made our stay even more comfortable
Highly recommended for families especially with kids.
